TLS President Mr Trevor Flynn presents Graham Johnston with a certificate celebrating his Life Membership to Toowoomba Live Steamers. In presenting the certificate Trevor stated;
 

Toowoomba Live Steamers Inc Executive and Members would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the significant contribution Mr Graham Johnston has made to the Toowoomba Live Steamers Association.  Graham has been a financial member of Toowoomba Live Steamers for a period exceeding 49 years of continuous membership. He has played a leadership and active role in the numerous moves the club has made in its history since 1973.

He has played a pivotal role in the ongoing maintenance to the track, our locomotives and compound facilities and on numerous occasions without assistance from other members. His long-term membership without a break clearly demonstrates his dedication and loyalty to this club.

 He has held every position the management committee has and for multiple years in the role of President. His contribution to the continuity of the club cannot be understated.  Graham’s contributions to Toowoomba Live Steamers have indeed provided a measurable benefit to the club over an extended period.  His service has left a lasting positive impact on our organization. Through innovative initiatives, dedication, and unwavering commitment he has not only enhanced the club's operational efficiency but also ensured the club continues to serve its members and the riding public. Graham’s dedication to our club is evident in his long-term involvement, numerous leadership roles, and successful implementation of various programs and events. His legacy is one of passion, resilience, and unwavering support for the club's mission and values.
